We took on these arches in a total state of disrepair, without any power, water or sewer connection with a vision to turning them into bright artistic spaces. Over the years Joely, running her own small business, struggled to find good commercial spaces with long leases, as the London property market boomed and spaces for small businesses lessened. Through the arches we aim to provide long term, affordable commercial units finished to a high standard. Streatham has been an up and coming area for a while now, and we have been happy to be part of the development, providing a pleasant environment for our small community of tenants.
